Ex-Comm Retreat
The Ex-Comm retreat will take place September 15-18. On Friday, September 15th, we will be meeting at the house and leaving at 2pm to go up to Mike Matthews place in Lake Arrowhead. Please come prepared to discuss the school year, with a primary focus on the upcoming rush. We will be returning Sunday afternoon. Please get in touch with me if you have problems making it. This will be a good time and we should get a lot of work done to make sure this upcoming year is one of the best. Each officer should have a prepared presentation with ideas for his position. It is very important that we also think about how we want to run rush and what type of guys we want to bid. I will make an agenda for the meeting, so shoot me an email if you have specific items for your office that you want me to add to the agenda itself.
Also, I would like to invite two or three non-officers to this retreat to have make sure we have general representation from the chapter. I would prefer these individuals be older members, but shoot me an email regardless if you are interested on coming.
